Ordering Process

Step One

Your information is submitted to us in the form of a picture, drawing, design board or verbally so that our designer can sketch your ideas. You are given a quote, based on design, quantity, production specs, location and time line. Shipping costs are included in all quotes. Quotes usually take 3 - 4 business days to prepare depending on size and complexity of project.

Step Two

Should you be happy with our quote, shop/construction drawings are produced, and sent to you for your approval. No samples are manufactured until all shop drawings, finishes and fabrics choices have been signed off on. This procedure varies from project to project.

Step Three

Recency Furniture would be happy to provide a sample of a night-stand. The purpose is to show you our quality and construction standards. There is no charge for this. Should you require a sample piece from your order, or a whole sample room, the following applies.

1. We will produce a night-stand or smaller piece i.e. side table or end table at no charge. However you will be required to pay the shipping.
2. Sample rooms, or a selection of pieces, you will be billed at 2.5 times the quoted piece plus shipping. Once your order is placed you will be credited back the excess on the sample pieces.
